" A Pepsi-Cola Christmas " By Artist Bill Bell Limited Firing Days making this a Limited Edition McDonald's Golden Moments was created by artist Bill Bell and was produced by the Franklin Mint for the Franklin Mint Heirloom Collection. It is a Limited Edition Fine Porcelain Collector Plate. It is 8 inches round and trimmed in 24K gold. This plate is numbered – Serial Number: HR6941 It is being listed as used, like new. I do not know if this was ever displayed. It is dirty on the back and I think it is because I had it at a collectors show and it got dusty and was handled maybe. This was from my mother's collection, and she had everything boxed neatly away. I don't remember this ever being on display, which didn't surprise me. She liked to buy things and tuck them away for collection purposes, keeping them safe, so they would be valuable.
