This NEW Modern Soul Stretch Cotton/Modal Shirred Bateau Neck Top from QVC is 47% cotton, 47% modal, 6% spandex, machine wash cold. This is a lovely, very soft knit fabric. The relaxed chest measures about 42" and is about 26" long. It has long sleeves and shirred bateau neckline .QVC item #A15590--no longer available. We try to ship the most economical way--sometimes that is Priority Mail or First Class. If cheaper, I will send Priority Flat Rate and adjust shipping fee.
